We accept returns within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at suppliessoiree@gmail.com to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in good condition. At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs.

Please note: If you’re ordering a large quantity of a single item, we recommend a small order first to ensure it meets your needs.

• Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• If more than 50% of an order is returned, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Holiday-specific items are non-returnable.
