Each kit includes premium table settings (plates, placemats, dinner napkins, cutlery, glasses), coordinating decorations, and thoughtful extras that fit your chosen theme. The exact contents are detailed on each product page to ensure you know exactly what you’re getting. 

5. Can I customize products?

While our collections are designed to be ready-to-use, we currently offer customized monogram add-ons. If you have specific requests, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

7. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, choose your desired party collection and size and add it to your cart. At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. We currently offer free delivery across the U.S. for orders over $75.

8. How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing your order at least two weeks before your event to ensure timely delivery. Rush shipping options are available for an additional fee.

9. What is your return and cancellation policy?

We accept returns for unopened collections within 48 hours of delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Personalized and holiday items are non-refundable.

10. Are the collections eco-friendly? 

Yes! We prioritize sustainability by using recyclable and reusable materials wherever possible, minimizing plastic and offering smaller sets to help reduce excess waste.
